Now Across Two Days!
Hold on to your souvlaki, Hobart! The Estia Greek Festival is going all out this year with two days of Greek food, music, and dancing. Get ready to celebrate like a true Greek – with plenty of food, family, and maybe a bit of drama (the good kind)!
Live Greek Music – Yiayia-Approved –Whether you’re into the sounds of traditional folk music or modern bouzouki - we’ve got it covered.
Authentic Greek Eats – If you’ve ever met a Greek yiayia, you know that “too much food” isn’t in her vocabulary. Think freshly carved gyros, grilled souvlaki, barbecue octopus and all the sweet treats like loukoumades and and Greek sweets all made with love.
Traditional Greek Dancing – Watch the Hellenic Dancers bring Greek tradition to life with moves that are part pride, passion and fun. Traditional dancing accompanies every Greek celebration, and Estia is no exception! Even if you think two left feet run in the family - we expect to see you dancing in the street.
Where: 67 Federal Street, North Hobart
When: Saturday 1 Feb 3–9pm and Sunday 2 Feb 11am–4pm.
Stay tuned for the full Estia program coming soon.
Bring your friends, colleagues and whole extended family. Because in true Greek style – the more the merrier. Opa!
